Our party
of 4 visited the Connors Steak & Seafood Restaurant on December
17, 2004 at
about 6:30 pm. This popular
new West Knoxville restaurant is one of the Connors Concept family of restaurants and has establishments at two area locations.
The second Connors Steak & Seafood Restaurant is located at 1641 Parkway Drive in Sevierville

Connors offers fine dining
in a modern state of the art facility. Reservations are a must at this popular
gathering place, but even with reservations, be prepared for long wait times. The
night we were there, which was only 8 days before Christmas, it was very crowded and there was essentially no waiting room. After about a 45 minute watching the open kitchen in operation and people at the nearby
bar, we were seated. It was well worth the wait, since the steaks at this restaurant
are excellent and their Bananas Foster dessert is divine.
